Delivery Associate

Location: Tübingen (Bodelshausen)

Working Hours: Full-Time / Part-Time / Mini-Job

    • Punctual and safe delivery of packages to our customers

    • Loading and unloading the vehicle in compliance with safety regulations

    • Friendly customer interaction during handover

    • Careful handling and maintenance of the company vehicle

    • Documentation of deliveries using a scanner or app

    • Class B driver's license

    • Reliability, punctuality, and physical resilience

    • Friendly and professional demeanor

    • Good knowledge of German or English

    • Previous experience in delivery services is a plus – but not required

Dispatcher

Location: Tübingen (Bodelshausen)

Working Hours: Full-Time

    • Planning and coordination of daily routes for our drivers

    • Monitoring and optimization of delivery processes

    • Communication with drivers, customers, and partners

    • Timely problem-solving in case of delivery delays or route changes

    • Documentation and analysis of route data

    • Experience in scheduling, ideally in the CEP sector (courier, express and parcel services)

    • Organizational talent, stress resistance and solution-oriented thinking

    • Good IT skills, ideally experience with route planning software

    • Good knowledge of German or English
